The Bridgend Centre has been awarded funding from the Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance to provide information about cancer to people in our community and work to improve early detection rates.
We will also provide information on how to reduce the risk factors and work to reduce the stigma of cancer and discrimination.
We feel honoured to have been given this opportunity to provide this important service to our community and look forward to working on it in the coming months.
