Please enter the date and time you would like the hire to start. The charge for the bus is £35.00 per session (sessions are morning, afternoon or evening), plus mileage at 60p per mile. Should you buy fuel during your hire, we will reimburse you this cost on the final invoice. You will be invoiced for this after the hire is complete.

We can try to provide a volunteer driver for you, but this is not always guaranteed. You can drive the bus yourself, if you have Category D1 and no penalty points on your driving license. You will also need to undergo an induction on the bus and how to drive it the first time you do so. If you would like to drive the bus yourself, please write this in the box above and we will contact you to get more details. We will need a copy of your driving license.
